Day Fourteen

WE MADE IT!!! We are now in our new house! All of our furniture should be here on Wednesday, so for the next couple of days we will be painting and getting new carpet. Thanks for coming on our journey across the country with us. We had a blast!

Adam settled right in, and headed right for the box with all of his presents from his birthday and Christmas.


There was a surprise waiting for us from our friends, Shaun and Ann.


This is the view coming into Lemoore, our new town...

On our way through the mountains near Bakersfield, California, we ran into a lot of fog.

This was the fog from the bottom of the mountain. We didn't know we were heading right for it.

We also drove past a lot more windmills. They are the neatest thing. You can see them for miles.

Last night we spent our last night in the camper in Calico, CA.

Mark had fun climbing the rock wall on the playground.

Adam tried the smaller rock wall...

They even had an old train at the campground...

It was an amazing family adventure we will never forget.
