First Project

Our first project in the new house was to carpet the stairs. This house is pretty old, and they are going to knock them down after we leave. We are trying to make it as nice as possible for the three months we are here. We probably could have lived with the old wooden steps for three months, but not Zoe (our dog). She hated the steps! She was so scared to go up and down them. Then the other day she slipped and slid down about five steps, that was it, she was done. She didn't get hurt, but it confirmed her fear that she was going to fall. So we decided to buy some cheap carpet runners and while we were stuck inside during the "hurricane", we did it.







She is still a little nervous about the steps, but at least she is going on them again.
