Proud Grandparents!

My parents came to visit and meet Nate for two weeks. It was great to have them here. My Dad did a bunch of projects around the house for us and we got to take a couple mini trips while they were here.

My parents getting to hold Nate for the first time right as they were getting off of a 7hr plane ride.

A weekend Getaway
On Friday, we took a trip to the coast with my parents. We passed through Paso Robles (wine country) on the way, so we had to stop.

We stayed in Morro Bay. Mark and Dad went on a party boat fishing for the day and Mom and I took the boys to a kite festival.
Mark was in heaven. We found a store that only sold taffy. That is Mark's favorite candy.

A Day at Lake Kaweah
On Sunday, we took my parents to Lake Kaweah. Adam had been talking about fishing with them for months. It was a beautiful day. We didn't catch anything, but had a relaxing afternoon in the sun.

A Day at the Park

We took a ride to the duck park in Hanford with my parents. Adam had a great time feeding the ducks with Pop-Pop.
