Adam left for his first day of school today! He will be going Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8-12. He was so excited! He wasn't scared or nervous at all. Since he is not "fully" potty-trained, I wanted to get him into the 2 year old room, so he could really work on it. When he turns 3 in December he can move to the 3 year old room if he is fully potty-trained. If not, they will keep him in that room until he is ready. I think he will have a great time. I told him I will pick him up after lunch, and he told me, "No, Mom I want to stay! Don't pick me up!" He also asked me if I was going to be lonely since Mark was at work and he was going to school. I assured him that I would be fine and that I had the dogs and a lot of things to do to keep me busy while he was gone. I thought it was really sweet that he thought of me and how I was feeling.
He gave Zoe a hug as he was leaving and said, "Love ya, I will see you after school!"

Then he ran all over the house looking for Oscar and gave him a hug too! He couldn't leave without saying goodbye.
I could barely get him to stop and take a picture. He wanted to get to school!

He practically ran to his classroom!

He walked right in, put his bag down and started playing. He was ready!

I am so proud of him! I can't believe I am already dropping him off at school, where did the time go!
Oh my gosh, that's so cute! I can't believe he asked if YOU would be lonely..so thoughtful! Looks like he's gonna do great!
