"Be Brave Mama!"
Today was a big day, I finally let Adam go to his first "daycare" experience. Tina and I went to the gym and I left Adam in the care of their daycare. I was nervous, but I didn't let it show to much. We walked in, I signed him in and then we left. I was very brave. I only checked on him one time during my workout. I peeked my head in and he was doing great. He's such a big boy. He didn't even care that I had left him. They had a ball pit and he was in heaven. Being a teacher, I have witnessed a number of mothers who make such a scene about leaving their children, but now that I have one, I can understand how they were feeling. It was much harder for me to leave him, and it was for him. He had a great time and I can't wait to take him again. He played so hard, we barely made it out of the driveway before he fell asleep.

Aww, good for you Jessie! Isn't it great and sad at the same time that they do fine without you? Glad you're getting some time to yourself, even if it's only for 30 min or so...
